I have 6 birds in my cage now and I have been dying to breed them. But up until yesterday, my female, Gracie was still a teenager. Today, she became a full-fledged adult so I let her wander around the cage to see who she'd like to be her handsome Prince. She chose Blue!
Before I knew it, Gracie and Blue started snuggling, but there wasn't enough room in the cage for them to have real privacy and mate. So I quickly expanded my cage for 600 Birdland coins and presto! A baby egg was laid.

t took the full 9 minutes for their baby egg to incubate, but it was so worth the wait. Today, I am proud to announce that Gracie and Blue have become the proud parents of a healthy baby bird named Turq! Here he is with his mama Gracie. He looks a lot like her, don't ya think?
Gracie and Blue have been spending ample time with him to teach him the ropes. I imagine he will be flying through the house on a kitchen adventure soon enough. I'm looking forward to that.
